CALMERA runs its own temporary staffing business. Every feature in Lens exists because our own operation needed it. That is our difference from software built for the industry that never worked in it.

Service companies of any kind run their daily business on it; the staffing modules (scheduling, applicant portal, agency workflows) are added when you need them.
And if you are a staffing agency yourself?
Then, strictly speaking, we are competitors, and we are open about it: every client gets a strictly separated environment whose data we do not access in day-to-day operation, contractually secured by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Our own staffing business is regionally limited to the Hamburg area. And honestly: the fact that Lens comes from real staffing practice is exactly why the software understands your daily work.
