30 minutes, online. You describe your situation, we give you an honest assessment, even if the answer is: “This isn't worth it for you yet.”
AI potential analysis at a fixed price
Compact (half a day, €1,200 net) or Standard (one day on site plus elaboration, €2,400 net). Result: a written roadmap with 3–5 concrete use cases, effort-benefit estimates and a data-protection assessment for each. If you commission an implementation project of 5+ days, we credit 50% of the analysis.
AI manager as a service
After the rollout we stay on board and take care of operations, further development and AI Act documentation. From half a consulting day per month, 3-month minimum term, cancellable monthly thereafter.

From about 10 employees there are almost always processes where AI provides measurable relief. In the intro call we tell you honestly whether you are among them.
Do we need to be using AI tools already?
No, the analysis is most valuable before licences and tool sprawl accumulate.
What about our data?
The analysis itself does not process your customers' personal data. Where later solutions do, we work with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, on request with solutions that run entirely on German servers or locally at your site.
